TED is a non-profit forum which aims to build up a sociable, robust and a sustainable community. They catalyse thinking under the banner “IDEAS WORTH SPREADING”. TED signifies technology, entertainment and design. Speakers from various branches of knowledge share their experience and wisdom. Their words do give life to diverse designs. The speakers get through the spectators and encourage their thoughts ambiguously. It’s purely a gathering that brings fascinating, distinct individuals together. This collaboration germinates new calibre. TED is a major supporting tool as it adapts to gradual evolution of learning.
TEDx
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
